Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

ovationlinks.com is run by Slebos Ventures, trading as Ovation (Utrecht, the Netherlands · KVK 81441886). Each page shows one music playlist and a button that opens it in Spotify. Questions about this policy or your information: connect@ovationplaylists.com.

2. What we record

When you open one of our pages or tap its button, we record:

• which page you opened, when, and whether you tapped the button;
• your country, region and city as your network reports them, and the name of your network;
• your type of device, its system, your browser or app, and your language;
• how fast the page loaded;
• the ad that brought you, when you came from an ad;
• a random visitor number kept in a cookie, so we can tell a returning visitor from a new one.

We do not ask for or record your name, email address or phone number. We do not store your IP address.

3. Meta (Facebook and Instagram)

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to see whether our ads on Facebook and Instagram bring people to our playlists. When you open a page or tap its button, Meta receives the event, the page address, your IP address, your browser details, the Meta cookies _fbp and _fbc, and a coded (hashed) form of the visitor number. Meta processes this under its own Privacy Policy. You can choose which ads Meta shows you in your Facebook or Instagram settings, and you can delete cookies in your browser at any time.

4. Visitors in the EU, the EEA, the UK and Switzerland

If you visit from these countries, we set no cookies, load no Meta Pixel and send nothing to Meta. We only count the visit, without a visitor number.

5. Why we use this information

• to count visits and taps on our pages;
• to measure how well our ads work, and improve them;
• to keep the pages fast, working and safe.

We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our own advertising. We do not sell your information.

6. Who else handles it

• Cloudflare, which serves these pages;
• Supabase and Vercel, which store and process our records;
• Meta, as described in section 3.

7. How long we keep it

We keep these records for up to 26 months. After that we delete them, or keep only totals that say nothing about one visitor.

8. Your rights

You can ask us which information we hold about your visitor number, and ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it. Write to connect@ovationplaylists.com. You can also complain to your data protection authority; in the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
